Curbvest Terms of Service
Welcome to Curbvest! These terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms of Service") outline the rules governing communications between you and Curbvest, as well as any resulting transactions. Please note that these terms are supplementary to Curbvest' overall Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, which are available on our websites and mobile apps, including CurbvestProperties.com (referred to collectively as "Websites" and individually as "Website"). Curbvest offers a range of services, including those referenced on the Websites ("Services"). The Mobile Terms of Service specifically pertain to features unique to mobile phone communications, including the use of short codes and short message services ("SMS").
By communicating with Curbvest or using any Website, mobile app, service, short code, or SMS service provided by Curbvest, you agree to abide by these Mobile Terms of Service, which include the referenced Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you are not authorized to use any Curbvest Website, obtain services from Curbvest, or communicate with Curbvest using a short code or SMS service.
Curbvest reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise the terms of this Agreement and/or change, suspend, discontinue, or modify any aspect of the use of a short code, a Website, Services, or SMS services. Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes in content, user priorities, and discontinuance of functional aspects of any short code or Website. Your continued use of any short code, SMS services, Website, or Services after the posting of revisions to the Mobile Terms of Use, or the incorporated Website Terms of Use or Privacy Policies, shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the express terms of any such revisions.

Curbvest Mobile Communication Program
The Curbvest Mobile Communication Program is a communication platform that allows you to receive information about the services offered by our independently owned and operated franchises. Messages can include appointment scheduling, information about the company, and details about our buying process.
You can cancel the SMS service and cease receiving mobile communications from Curbvest at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
